Hawaiian Petroglyph Jewelry

Ki'i Pohaku, Hawaiian for "image in stone", is the inspiration for our line of petroglyph jewelry.  From earliest times inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands carved important ceremonial and sacred objects into the soft lava rock in many places around the Islands.  These petroglyphs (Greek for "rock writing") symbolize what was important to the original people and show their close ties to the earth, sky and ocean on which they depended for their lives.
