Welcome to the Insignia Ordering Form for the Sons of the Revolution (SR, not SAR).

Please make sure to read these instructions carefully – otherwise any error in ordering will result in a delay of shipping.

1. State Society Required: You must provide your current primary State Society, as we will need to contact them for approval of all insignia orders..

1. Email Requirements: You will be asked to provide your full name and your current email address, so that we may process approvals with your State Society as quickly as possible, and then notify you accordingly.

1. Chest Ribbon or Neck Ribbon: All medals (small and large) are shipped on a corresponding chest ribbon of a standard size. If your State Society allows state officers to wear their large medal on a neck ribbon, you can opt to buy a neck ribbon instead of a chest ribbon. However, this will also need to be approved by your State Society, so you may want to double-check before ordering so that the order doesn’t get delayed.

1. Order Fulfillment: Given the variables and requirements mentioned above, AND the necessary time for approvals from your State Society, the current conservative estimate for fulfillment of an order is 6-8 weeks.
